Refactoring a SaaS marketing platform for speed

The challenge

Emplifi's marketing site had grown the way successful SaaS sites do: fast, in many hands, under deadline. Builds got slower, pages got heavier, and small changes got hard.

What we did

We refactored the site architecture, optimized performance end to end, and delivered a redesign that untangled the structure so the internal team could move quickly again.

Why it matters

This is rescue work at enterprise scale. We kept what worked, untangled what didn't, and left the team faster than we found them.
