The challenge

Emplifi's marketing site had grown the way successful SaaS sites do: fast, in many hands, under deadline. The result was accumulated architectural drag: slower builds, slower pages, harder changes.

We refactored the site architecture, optimized performance end to end, and delivered a redesign that untangled the structure so the internal team could move quickly again.
